THAT AMAZING PLACE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER | HARLOW, ESSEX WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Mel and Tom proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that just because covid is here they weren't going to let it stop them getting married!

They spent an incredibly fun filled day with their loved ones celebrating at That Amazing Place in Essex, what's more incredible is they brought their wedding forward by a week at just a weeks notice, that's how determined they were to push ahead and get married - and what a day it was!

Here's a few frames from their wedding, well done guys, huge congratulations and thank you for asking me to be part of your day.

Looking forward to the huge party when all this is over!

If you're still determined to get married, please do get in touch, I'd love to give you a whole bunch of memories to look back on

A COVID WEDDING AT THAT AMAZING PLACE IN HARLOW, ESSEX BY MANCHESTER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER BOMKNIGHTS.

2020 has been shit for a lot of people, and pretty great for others. Mel & Tom had planned a huge wedding with 100+ guests, news of the covid related lockdowns and associated restrictions scuppered those plans, but they were determined, they wanted to get married, and they bloody well were going to get married - fuck you covid was their motto.

So plans were re-arranged, instead of their huge wedding, they were going to have a smaller 30 guest wedding followed by a huge party when all of this shit blows over - two weddings essentially, Mel would get to wear her dress twice and everyone who missed out at their official ā€˜we are marriedā€™ day would get to party like itā€™s not 2020 at some point in the future - win win for everyone woohoo!!

Then along came another announcement of more restrictions, 30 guests was going to be reduced to 15 in a week, meaning the re-jigged guest list would have to be cut in half. ā€œFuck you Covid-19ā€ was Mel & Tomā€™s response, weā€™ll bring our wedding forward by a week. A quick video chat later to confirm I could still shoot their wedding and the plan was put in motion, a week of frantic action and amazingly they had their day - and what a day it was!

Here are a few photos from their amazing wedding, everything was photographed in my usual fuss free and relaxed style. I hope you enjoy!

*Tip - if you click on the first image you get to see them in all their hi-resolution glory (they look bigger and better)

That Amazing Place as a wedding venue in Harlow, Essex

This is my new favourite wedding venue, itā€™s absolutely beautiful but more importantly the owner Paul and everyone else were incredible throughout, that in my opinion is one of the things that really makes a venue special. You could have the most beautiful place in the world but if the staff are a bit meh it tarnishes the whole thing.

These guys coudnā€™t do enough for Mel & Tom, starting by re-arranging everything at a weeks notice, on the day the whole place felt like you were being welcomed into someoneā€™s home (which you were), covid regulations were followed to the letter which these days is incredibly important! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and damn happy throughout the day, it wasā€¦.amazing - just like its name!

So there we go, I hope you enjoyed the slideshow and small selection of images from Mel & Tomā€™s incredibly fun That Amazing Place wedding in Harlow. If you would love to have this Manchester wedding photographer at your wedding, please get in touch.

Thanks for reading
